Helping You Build Resilience and Pursue Self-Improvement

Life's challenges can be a journey of self-discovery. Rather than perceiving difficulties as harmful, they can offer valuable insights to enhance your overall well-being and happiness.

Often, individuals subconsciously recreate familiar environments from their upbringing, however, understanding how to cope with adversity can lead to personal growth.

- Sharon Pinsker, Ph.D., LCSW, CASAC

I would not be where I am today without having worked with Dr. Wallach. I followed his philosophy of understanding the Story of my Life and the major Themes that had prevented me from becoming as successful as I wanted to be. I have now become a well-known endodontist who lectures nationally and internationally on successful one-visit root canal treatment. Helping me overcome my anxiety has allowed me to focus and help a lot of people.

- Gary L. Bey, D.D.S.

Sharing my experiences with Dr. Ed has helped me to understand how my life has been impacted both positively and negatively. Through this process, Dr. Wallach helped me understand a number of behavior patterns that have impeded my being more successful and happy in my life. As an example, we worked on developing awareness of my pattern of considering and helping others before caring for myself. With his help, I developed the ability to stop and think before immediately going into help-mode. Changing this behavior has not been easy, but with Dr. Wallach’s excellent guidance I am caring for myself and have a happier life.

- Vinni LoPresti, Director of Pension Benefits

I was 42 years old and had been in therapy for two years when I recalled that I wanted to be a doctor ever since I was a very young girl. Dr. Wallach said to me, “I don’t understand why you are working as a teacher in junior high school when you want to be a doctor. Why not go to medical school?” “Go to med school! I am too old, my college grades were too poor and I’m not smart enough." It’s impossible, I said. “Why not feel you’re too old, your grades are too poor, feel you’re not smart enough and do it anyway?” Dr. Wallach then asked. Well, I did it anyway; I applied to medical school. Today I am a board-certified medical doctor.
